An attractive membership structure involving the ownership of redeemable preference shares in Cregmore Park Golf Club Plc has been put in place. A total of only 600 memberships will be released over a phased basis. The price of preference shares will vary over time with the price of future releases to be confirmed at the time of issue. The owner of a redeemable preference share in Cregmore Golf Club plc is entitled (subject to rules of Cregmore Park Golf Club and the memorandum and articles of association of Cregmore Park Golf Club plc) to:
Membership Conditions & Benefits:
Nominate a person for membership of Cregmore Park Golf Club which provides use of the golf course and club facilities.
Nominate their children (up to 18 years) to become junior members of the Club.
Transfer the ownership of the redeemable preference share to another person (subject to approval) The share can be transferred in a will as part of an estate.
Invite up to 20 guests per year to play Cregmore at a reduced members’ guest green fee rate.
Participate in club competitions & event Affiliation to the GUI or ILGU for official handicap.
Enjoy preferential rates on retail purchases in the Cregmore Park golf shop.
Receive a club bag tag and membership card.
Entrance Fee: €7,500.00 is the share issue price for a Redeemable Preference Share in Cregmore Golf Club Plc
Current Special Membership Offers for Redeemable Share:
Option 1: Interest Free Payments over 12 months (€625 per month). Subscription waived for 2 years.
Option 2: Interest Free Payments over 24 months (€312.50 per month). Subscription waived for 2 years.
Option 3: €208.33 per month for 3 years. Subscription waived for 2 years.
Option 4: Interest Free Payments €1,500 over 5 years. Subscription waived for 3 years.
Option 5: Lease membership/Subscription €795 per annum
