Following the recent Information Briefing Session at the Cregmore Park GC clubhouse with the GUI, additional clarification regarding how score-cards are completed and submitted was provided.
Please take note of these in order to prevent against future mishaps at competitiion time.
1. Competitions are open to paid-up members of Cregmore Park GC that hold a
valid current handicap.
2. Please ensure you swipe your GUI card AND also sign the book to enter
competition.
3. Upon completion of your round, enter your score using your swipe card AND
ensure your completed card is posted in the drop-in box.
4. Ensure that your score on the system matches that on your card.
5. Ensure your card includes your name, the date, the competition name, your
handicap and is dated & signed by both the player & marker.
6. Failure to comply with any of these criteria will result in elimination
from the competition
